Returns Policy
At Becca Boo AU, we’re committed to ensuring you love your handmade purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make things right.
For returns, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. We accept returns on items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. The consumer must also have taken reasonable care of the goods, and not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Becca Boo AU may verify the validity of your claim and Becca Boo AU shall be entitled to reject any claim if we deem there is an abuse of the offer or an intent to jeopardise the fair operation of the offer.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case where your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you must email us detailed photographs to beccabooau@gmail.com before a full refund will be processed.
