1. What materials do you use for your handmade items?
- We use a variety of high-quality materials depending on the item. These typically include natural fabrics like cotton, poplin, linen, and wool, as well as sustainable materials such as paper.

2. Are your products customisable?
- Yes, we offer customisation on our bunting and cake toppers. Pre-made bunting can include a name added using Heat Transfer Vinyl. Contact us for details!

3. Do you take custom orders or commissions?
- Absolutely! We love working on custom orders. We can make bunting, cushion covers and quilts to suit your theme. Blankets and ear warmers can be made in your choice* of colours (*where wool is available) and cake toppers can be completely customised for your celebration. Contact us with your ideas, and we'll discuss the details.

4. How can I place an order?
- Orders can be placed directly through our website beccabooau.com.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal for online orders. In-person transactions at markets or events may include additional options such as cash or mobile payments.

6. Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges for non-custom orders within 30 days. The cost of postage back to Becca Boo AU will be at the buyer’s expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

7. How do you handle shipping?
- Orders are carefully packaged and shipped domestically using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

8. How do I care for your handmade items?
- Care instructions vary by product and material. Specific care instructions are included with each product.

9. Do you have a physical store where I can view your products?
- Not yet! We currently only operate online. However, we occasionally participate in local markets and events. Follow us on social media for updates!
